Great staff who made it an easy check in. We got a room with a jacuzzi. There seemed to be wax spilt in the jacuzzi which wasn’t visible until we started filling it with hot water. We decided not to tell them right away because it wasn’t a big deal to us. We told them in the morning and they seemed apologetic. I believe if we told them earlier they would have tried to fix it. Amazing staff. I would recommend here if you are looking for a nice calm spot with a nice pool.

The room needed some updating . Carpet by the door inside the room needed to be streached to remove the raised pull in the carpet. Towel bar by the sink was loose and the room could use more light .

Room was nice enough for a one night stay. Unfortunately, our room was right next to the secondary exit where people stood to smoke which could be loud later at night when there was a group. The carpet in the room could use a shampoo, otherwise the room seemed pretty clean. Bed was pretty firm.

Just ok. Wouldn't probably stay there again.

It was just ok. The breakfast sucked. The hall carpet needs to be replaced. Pool was good. Cobwebs on the ceiling corners in our room. Staff was friendly. Wouldn't give us a receipt because we booked through hotels.com even though we paid for the room there. No benches out side lobby doors for people to sit outside. Thin walls. Bed was harder then a rock. Not bad location. Expected more from a Best Western. Only give it a 5 out of 10.

Rude attendant and general manager

Hotel itself was good. Lobby check-in attendant and general manager were very rude. Very surprised on the treatment. Many years of coming here. Hoping this was a one off moment but definitely put a bad taste in our experience here.

Needs updating

Room was ok. Carpet was “crunchy feeling” and bathroom had corners that may have not been cleaned in a very long time but the sheets seemed clean and the beds were relatively comfortable. The rooms need updating. Tried to get something to drink but only vending machines there were all out of order.
