Beautiful views and walking trails! Close to amenities! Nice big room! Wonderful showers! Blinds are falling off when opening the patio door. The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it. The bed is very uncomfortable and has very flat pillows.

I accidentally left a paring knife that I had brought with me in the utensil drawer. The knife says Cutco on the blade. We also spoke with Tracy about locating the knife. I haven't stayed at the LandMark before, the grounds are beautiful and it is very clean and well maintained. I do not understand why the 2 bedroom units are lofted and have no privacy. It seems very unnecessary. No one can use the living space if someone wants to go upstairs and laydown because that room is open to the living area. It is odd and unnecessary opening. If that was walled off I would rate the stay higher. Clean, pleasant staff, nice place.

The room layout was very nice with one bedroom downstairs and one up. Kitchenette was a nice addition to our room. The shower and bathroom need an upgrade. The shower head is set very low and the water off/on and temp handle was very loose making it difficult to regulate temp. The floor in the bathroom was gross in the corners, the inside of the shower curtain was stained.

Overall this worked well for my needs with 3 kids, we had a lofted unit. The biggest bed was in the loft, stairs are definitely a challenge if you have little ones or in the middle of the night. Main floor bedroom had a smaller double bed and then we used the pull out sofa. Bathroom is on the main floor. Overall these condo buildings are really tired, dated and need a good cleaning and updating. The pool is in the main building so we walked over to use it, the hot tub in that building was lukewarm. The hot tub in our building was warm but there were never any towels. View is gorgeous. Outdoor spaces are gorgeous. Location is good and close to Egg Harbor. I would stay there again, but not for what I paid! Definitely accurate as a 3 star stay.

Our master bedroom was very small that we had no room to put our luggage. The living room rug was very dirty with stains all over. The whole Condo we stayed in needed a good cleaning to get the cob webs out and needs a painting. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen setup was good. I didn't see a vending machine which would be nice and when we ran out of items we made a call and they were brought up pretty quick. We asked for a ADA room with a walk in shower and was told it would be 300.00 more because they only had a water view and we asked for a wooded view which i dont think they should charge you more for that

This property has a prime location, high on a bluff with beautiful views of the bay, but needs an update badly. We looked forward to having a hot tub in our building, only to find that it wasn’t really working, with a few weak bubbles. The pool was not heated properly, and when I reported this to the front desk, i was told this was due to the ambient temperature outside. However, the pool at the next building over was much more comfortable. The onsite restaurant was not open during the days of Labor Day weekend that we stayed there, so leaving the property by car for dinner was a must. The interior of the building was definitely dated and in need of an update to carpet and furnishing. Unfortunately, as units are individually owned here, there seems to be a lack of proper management and planning for modernization of this resort. Lots of potential that is yet unfulfilled.
