Hotel itself was clean but house keeping issues

Check in was smooth, clean, the toilet paper holder was broken. The outlets didn't work that well. The hotel didn't say anything about house keeping or when they would come by. They showed up around 10am and checkout time wasn't til 12pm. There was no sign to put on the door either. House keeping decided to try and come into the room. Didn't even wait for me to respond. Used to love staying here until our most recent trip. Wallpaper was peeling off the wall and i made the mistake of looking behind it. Entire wall was covered in black mold, wife who has asthma was appalled.
