I checked in, had already paid for the room through Expedia and the property charged me again for the same room. If I hadn't had alerts turned on for my card I wouldn't have caught it for a bit. I had to reach out to the manager the next day to get the issue rectified. The manager threw the desk clerk under the bus as the reason for the issue. I don't have confidence the issue would have been resolved if I hadn't escalated. No coffee or breakfast options on site before 7am im assuming. Okay if you're not on a business trip, make your own arrangements otherwise. Property was clean and quiet but the service was lacking. If you're checking in and have prepaid I would recommend mentioning that fact during your check in to ensure there are no similar problems.

Beautiful room, beautiful hotel, and super nice staff. Went to the Kennsignton Grill for dinner and it was amazing and the staff was so attentive and welcoming! Will stay again for sure when I go back for business.
