Come relax w/ family or friends at the inviting Waterview Lake House located on Richland Chambers. The highlight of this home is the covered back patio, including a beautiful view of the lake, gas firepit, mini fridge, sink, dining table, propane grill, & more! Equipped w/ Fiber internet, 2 65" TVs (when you're not doing lake things!), a game room, & a remote workspace. Enjoy fishing and/or boating by utilizing the private community boat ramp. There is space on the property to park your boat.

This home is on the water w/ a great view of the lake from the covered back patio, but please note a dock is not included. Downstairs there is a living room, dining room, full kitchen, half bath, & game room w/ a queen-over-queen bunk bed. Upstairs there is a main bedroom w/ king bed & en suite bath, a second bedroom w/ king bed, a third bedroom w/ queen bed, a second full bathroom, & an office w/ rocking chair that can fit a pack-n-play. Clean & comfy is our goal!

Clean and great for families! We love the "vibe" of family closeness but still having a place for Rest/ Relaxation. Highly recommend the fishing tours on Richland Chambers.

Excellent rental! Very close to the lake and easy access to boat ramps. Plenty of driveway space to park the boat and multiple vehicles. House/appliances/cookware was very clean and well maintained. Would stay here again!

Wonderful!

Such a great place - beautiful part of the lake. Wanted a quick, quiet getaway with my 2 sons and it was perfect. enough room to spread out when needed but family areas were great too. The back porch was wonderful!!!!
