Always have an amazing time at Maison rouge - however a bit annoying that there is not an iron and irontable at the room and also had a large spider in the room (which ofc can happen, but not so nice nevertheless). Overall an amazing hotel, amazing beds and the best staff

The two folks the front desk - Marta and the valet - were absolutely top notch. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Strasbourg and will visit again.

Don't Say You Offer Valet Parking If You Don't

We chose to stay at Maison Rouge due to the location and the valet parking that we were told was available. I even left a specific message stating that we would be needing valet parking. It was very dissappointing to receive an email the night before our arrival stating that the parking was full and we would have to find out own parking. I feel that you misrepresented yourself on your website. We had several large pieces of luggage that we had to transport on foot from out parking space. Needless to say, we are not impressed. The hotel and location are very nice but we would not stay at Maison Rouge again due to the fact that you didn't offer valet parking when your website says you do.
