Clean, spacious room but noisy street at night.

We received lots of information about how to find the property prior to arrival. Checking in was straightforward and staff were very helpful. Our room was spacious and clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. The only issue was noise from the street at night.

The hotel is very well located, close to the train station and at a very walkable distance from pretty much everywhere in the city center. It is also less than a block away from a tram hub where you can grab a tram and go anywhere. The staff was super kind and helpful, especially the receptionist who checked us in, who went out of her way to assist us over and over again. The hotel itself is a bit old, but the rooms are comfortable, have good amenities, are well equipped with a kitchen and everything you need to cook and eat, and are very clean. Breakfast is very good. And one of its best features is that it has a self service laundry where you can wash and dry for 9 euro in total in a little over an hour. I had great experiences with this chain in the past, and this was no exception. Would definitely go back.

Great location and friendly staff

Great little aparthotel in an excellent location near transit and all the main sites in Strasbourg. Staff were friendly and helpful, and everything seemed to be no more than a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Plenty of amenities including kitchenette in the room and WeWash laundry on the main floor.

Hotel is very close to downtown Strasbourg with many restaurants nearby. We stayed in an one bedroom unit that is very big for a family of four. Parking in the basement is tight and only one lane come in and out.

It’s in the center, short walk to the Cathedral and other points of interest. The layout of the unit was a bit odd and small, but we made it enjoyable. We loved the smell of the soap and shampoo. The receptionists were very friendly. Overall, it was an excellent stay; highly recommended.

We love our stay at Citadines! Very centrally located, few steps from the metro and just a very short walk to the plaza, cathedral and shopping areas. We were there for the christmas market and we enjoyed how close we were. Our room was beautifully prepared for our stay, very nice and clean with a lovely note to welcome us. The reception people were very helpful with our queries, they were just wonderful even the lady at the breakfast room.

Great hotel in the middle of old town

Location was amazing. Right in the center of town. 2 min walk to the Christmas market. Walkable to most of the major sights. Lots of eateries around the hotel.

I found the hotel very centrally located which was amazing. There were lots of restaurants near by and it was close to the Christmas market. I however was not a fan of how thin the doors were. Every time someone shut their door you would hear it so loudly. I sleep with ear plugs in and still woke up do to the loudness of people in the hallway and the slamming of their hotel doors.
