Alsace excellence

Really highly recommended. In all honesty, our stay was first class - from arrival until checkout everyone was extremely helpful. The room was great but the restaurant and food & service was simply excellent. We will definitely return and next time will take advantage of the spa facilities.

I only stayed the one night, a business trip, and discovered that the restaurant and bar were closed on Mondays! Not only this but everything else within walking distance was also closed....Ces't la vie....pleasant enough but...

This hotel appears to be run as an afterthought to the restaurant. The focus and the identity ride with the restaurant. Staff availability? Try the restaurant. Staff attention? Lacking. Desk/check out availability? Try the restaurant instead. We asked for a reference to a laundromat to clean our clothes. At first, the concierge did not want look up options for us and then we had to insist that something more than a name be offered. We ended up at a car wash (!) with a washing machine attached! Parking for hotel guests takes second place to parking for the restaurant - we had to park about three blocks away on a residential street. Overall, the value for staying overnight is lacking.

Outstanding Hotel in a Greta Location

Great overnight stay on the way to Italy. The hotel staff were very helpful and sent us to a fabulous local restaurant serving Alsacienne Cuisine. The room was very comfortable and the hotel is in a quiet location. Had a good nights rest for our onward journey. I recommend this hotel and will visit again when I next drive to Italy.

Small family run hotel.

Clean, functional room with balcony. Friendly staff, excellent home cooked food in the restaurant, great service. Although part of a chain (Logis de France) the hotel appeared to be family run and after several nights staying in large, international chains it felt refreshingly 'French'. It is located in a small, quiet village, a little off the beaten track but not difficult to find with Sat Nav and not far from the motorway. Excellent value for money.

Delightful hidden treasure

This hotel was simply phenomenal. It has all of the modern comforts you could ever require, whilst having the external image of a gorgeous, traditional Alsatian building. Everything in the Alsace area is a drive-able distance from here, so I would thoroughly recommend using it as a base rather than staying in Strasbourg or Colmar etc.
