Welcome to this charming duplex on the 4th floor of a typical Strasbourg building.
Located in the city center of Strasbourg, in the heart of the old town, a few minutes from the Cathedral, Little France and the Christmas market.

The apartment was built in the attic (4th floor without elevator) on two levels with an internal staircase and exposed beams. The building, dating from 1596, is located in the center of Strasbourg on the UNESCO World Heritage Island.

It is classified 3 star in furnished accommodation for tourism.

It is composed at the first level:
- a large room (Living / Dining room).
- Internet access (Wireless internet box + TV),
- a fully equipped kitchen,
- a very nice bathroom with a large bathtub
- and a bedroom separate from the main room with a double bed (This bed replaces the sofa bed previously provided)

On the second level, an attic bedroom with a double bed and storage space.

This lovely apartment has everything you need. Although 4 flights up, you are amongst the beautiful roofs of the city with glimpses of the cathedral. Everything is nearby.The host is easy to contact. Really excellent. Thank you.

Arnaud & his family are the perfect hosts. We were met & shown around the apartment, we had some laughs due to language differences but it was the perfect introduction to this amazing apartment. We had everything we needed, comfortable beds & when we had a question it was answered quickly. The apartment is located very close to many of the tourist areas & there are plently of restaurants, cafes & shops close. All serving amazing food no matter the cuisine in the world you wish to sample. We were there on a market day, you could browse for hours. We had an amazing time & were priviledged to stay is this heritage building & apartment. I stringly advise to stay here.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, in dieser Unterkunft zu übernachten, und ich kann sie nur wärmstens empfehlen. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist phantastisch - zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen, mit tollen Möglichkeiten zur Erkundung der Umgebung. Die Wohnung selbst ist modern eingerichtet und hat einen sehr gut durchdachten Grundriss, was den Aufenthalt äußerst komfortabel machte. Ich freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Besuch!

L'appartement correspond exactement à l'annonce et l'équipement permet de voyager léger puisque les produits de première nécessité sont proposés. Für alle die, die mal die Stadt der 2 Länder sehen wollen, aus Straßbourg wurde Straßbourg weil es französich war und ist, aber zwischen durch 1871 - 1918 deutsch besetzt war. Also Zimmer bei Fewo gebucht und los gehts, irgendwelche Papiere sind nicht notwendig. Wir kamen Samstags an, und alles war eben zu geparkt. Dies sollte der einzige Wermutstropfen sein, kein Parkplatz vor der Tür, und die Wohnung ist im fünften Stock ohne Aufzug. Der Vermieter Arnaud gab sich jeder Zeit mühe, ließ sich vom abgebrochenem Schlüssel nicht aus der Ruhe bringen, stand jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung, stellte sogar ein Baguette für den Abend bereit. Fuhr bei mir mit, um mich in ein Parkhaus zu lotsen, da die Umliegenden besetzt waren. (20 Euro für 24 Stunden, also von Samstag 21,00 Uhr bis Dienstag 11,00 Uhr = 50 Euro). Gosch (Links) und troite (rechts) verstand ich noch, aber sein Englisch war mehr als ausreichen, Ging er nicht gleich ans Telefon, rief er umgehend zurück. Alles um Frühstück oder Abendessen zu machen war vorhanden, außer die Lebensmittel natürlich nicht. Ein kleiner Baguette-sowie ein Bio-Laden , waren lediglich einige Meter entfernt. Einfach den Straßenbahn-Linien über die Brücke folgen, für eine Stadt war es außerordentlich leise, und obwohl Corona gut belebt. Die Fahrt mit dem Boot (Ablegestelle-Dom) sowie die Straßen-Eisenbahn (Abfahrt auch am Dom) sollte obligatorisch sein, 20 Euro das Schiff und 7 Euro die "Stadtbahn" mit Erklärungen in 16 Sprachen. Für das Schiff sollte man einen Kopfhöhrer mitnehmen, bei der Ohrbuchse, ist die Leitung ein wenig kurz, was die Fahrt ein wenig trübt. Das Gutenberg-Restaurant sowie das Thai-Restaurant in klein Frankreich (petit France), boten ihre Speisen auch in Deutsch feil, das Thai-Restaurant auch in Thailändisch, die verstand aber die Bedienung nicht, da diese aus Vietnam stammen ;) . Da aber bei vier sprachigkeit, die Auswahl groß ist, findet sich doch das passende Essen. Und selbst bei der Abreise, lies uns die Politesse gewähren. Alles in allem, um es noch mal zu tun, wobei man für ein Abendessen pro Person 20 Euro einkalkulieren muß -Moiseur facture svp - ;)
