Easy, cheap little place to say outside Strasbourg. Nice walk along the canal available. Plenty of shops and fast food restaurants nearby. Easy transport into the city if you prefer not to drive.

Just what was needed on a long trip: a great room and a canal to go for a long walk beside. There seem to be some roadworks going on outside the property but the property itself, staff and facilities were excellent.

Decent spot for a good night rest.

The room was clean and comfortable. The gated lot and access codes for the room, lot and wifi were nice. The only downside was the bathroom was not the cleanest, although the room was clean.

Schrecklich Klar habe ich fĂŒr den Preis nichts besonderes erwartet, aber es waren zwei schlaflose NĂ€chte. GetrĂ€nke Automat im Foyer defekt Im Bad lĂ€uft die ganze Zeit ein LĂŒfter durch, viel zu laut WĂ€nde so dĂŒnn, man hört alles Badezimmer stinkt ebenfalls Check in am Automat musste 2tes Mal nach Anruf durchgefĂŒhrt werden Trotz bitte nicht stören Schild war jmd im Zimmer und hat die HandtĂŒcher getauscht, nett gemeint aber bei zwei NĂ€chten nicht nötig

Hatte das Hotel aufgrund der Lage und des Preis/LeistungsverhĂ€ltnisses gewĂ€hlt und auch nur einen reduzierten Service erwartet. Im Prinzip OK. Allerdings hatte ich die BuchungsbestĂ€tigung per Email auf dem Handy, und die Rezeption des Hotels ist digitalisiert - also wurde ein Zugangscode am Terminal neben dem Eingang verlangt. Da sich mein Handy aber automatisch beim Provider FREE verbunden hat und keine gute Internet-Verbindung aufbauen konnte, konnte ich die Email mit diesem Code nicht bekommen. Den Code konnte ich dann ĂŒber den B&B-Service telefonisch bekommen. Diesen Code musste ich dann am Eingangs-Terminal des Hotels eingeben, um den Zugangscode und die Zimmernummer zu bekommen. Das Problem hatten noch weitere 8 Personen vor der EingangstĂŒr. There is room for process improvement. Ansonsten ist es fĂŒr den Preis OK.
