Customer service is horrible, the older man in the morning is nice sometimes but then he is very irritated quickly and there's an issue also there is a younger gentleman that work midday and night and he is super rude I can't even have company first it's at 10:00 is the company has to leave then 8:00 and then out six and I never really have anyone over but I noticed you've done this for everybody, I never had any bad issues with the girl but I didn't always in the mornings she's seems pretty chill I'm just getting her job done, the other gentleman is the same as well the way if he stays up so sometimes and then works at office rooms are always dirty so the ones that you stay a long time except they push the people in the back and I was holding the wall you can always see see they don't take pride in that cleaning for maintenance

The staff was great, they were willing to change rooms for me but it wasn’t the staff that made me leave but the heater in the room was broken and the bed kind of made me itchy, like I said the staff did there part and was willing to move rooms I just didn’t want to risk it so I just slept in my car instead.

Heater/AC/Fan Did not work the whole time I was there. Even called front desk and he said he had to flip the breaker. It came on for all about 5min. Other wise I had no heat the entire time. The TV mount was broken so the TV stayed leaning forward the remote for it had dead batteries in it. The breakfast sucked and they still had the nerve to keep some of my deposit for some reason. Reason: I hv no idea they told me it would be released at 21. It wasn't until 4 that I only got half of my deposit back. And the guy staff person is not very friendly always trying to over charge me. Rediculous!!... I always

we didn't even stay there!!.. homeless all around, inside room broken dead bolt, holes in the walls, reaked of ciggerrette smoke. sketchy looking guy rode past on a bike looking hrough our window. Restaurant next door had metal bars. NOT SAFE! we cancelled and went somewhere else. FRONT DESK WAS SO KIND!!.. she was polite and check in was very easy. (even though i only stayed 10 minutes) Even when i had to check out she was polite and helpful, gave me my deposit back right away. That girl needs a raise!!
