Room very small, had to sit in toilet to shower which made me giggle. All up though it suited my requirements for a cheap quick stop over. Room clean, hot shower and hotel terrace to sit outside. Staff pleasant enough. Area close to train station and sightseeing.
Don't stay here if you want a room large enough to swing a cat.

If you have realistic expectations of a cheaper hotel in Hong Kong you will be happy. Yes the rooms are small, for one person its fine, for 2 it will be cosy. The shower is a shower head on the wall of the small bathroom but its fine. The hot water works well. The staff are polite and friendly. The fit out was more modern than I expected for the price. I stayed for a week and was upgraded to a bigger room after a couple of days. The location is great.from the street you would be unsure as its a rough looking lift to get up to the levels the hotel is on. You are 2 minutes from the mtr, kowloon park and accross the road from world class dumplings. The lineup for them is very long on weekends. Heaps of food options at your door step. Its also only a stroll from the waterfront for the light show. If traveling solo on a budget I would recommend it.
