This is a great boutique hotel - spacious and very clean, really well situated in the middle of everything and close to the transport hubs. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here Only downside would be please give me 2 teabags of each tea type as there are 2 guests.

We upgraded to the harbour view room and the view was wonderful. Staff very friendly and helpful, would highly recommend.

What a fabulous hotel, meticulously kept and very professional. Check in was delightful and in entering our room, it was stunning. We had the harbour view with balcony. We paid a little extra for the party package and that certainly was worthwhile. Excellent amenities with that lovely Disney feel. Room service was amazing so we decided to have this every night! Our five day stay could not be faulted. A special thank you to the staff who arranged my hospital trip for my eye early morning - they certainly go the extra mile at this hotel. The place is so much better than the picture. I did not expect it to be that good. The explorer made us feel like in an adventures world. Place is very clean, facility such as restaurant and cafe were wonderful.

Travelled as a family of 4 with 5yo and 8yo. We utilised the shuttle alot, to get to the Disney MTR station and obviously to Disney. Very convenient, never had to wait long and exceptional aircon. I especially appreciated the shuttle bus when leaving the park at night - instead of battling thousands we just lined up and were at the hotel within about 15minutes. The food and beverage cost inside the hotel was eyewateringly expensive, as novel as I am sure the breakfast experience is we skipped it, the cost was going to be similar to a night's accommodation! Kids appreciated the games room, we did utilise one of the craft activities, which was quite good quality. The instant hot water in the room was appreciated. On demand disney shows was also nice. Character sightings every day was enjoyed by the kids. Pool was clean and comfortable - if you want to eat at the hotel the pool menu pricing was the most reasonably priced. We chose to eat off site a few times taking MTR to Sunny bay, one station either way had plenty of options. Tsing Yi exit G has great options or Tung Chung exit B in Citygate had plenty. Family dinner cost us $300HKD total instead of pp.
