From the moment we arrived at the Mandarin Oriental we were well taken care off. The staff were friendly and we were close to the shops, ferry and trams. I would highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious stay in Hong Kong.

The room is not spacious as other hotel at the same price and star in HK. Clean facility but no smart toilet bidet. Wait time for elevator could be long at rush hours. Prime location close to Temple Street.
