The room I was assigned was quite noisy, and I could clearly hear conversations from the adjoining space, which made it difficult to relax. I requested a room change due to the disturbance, but unfortunately, I felt that my request was not taken seriously. The staff member I spoke with was not very accommodating, and I had to insist multiple times before any assistance was considered.
I value good customer service and was disappointed by the response I received. I would appreciate your attention to this matter to ensure that future guests do not face similar issues. Additionally, I’d like to know if there’s anything that can be done to address my experience.
