We’ve stayed at many different homes on SSI over the years and this was by far our favorite. Hope was a wonderful and responsive host. The home was perfect for our group of 5 cousins, 2 sets of parents and a grandpa. The bunk room was perfect for our girls & paying the extra to heat the pool was well worth it!

the Breeze was great for our family and my parents’ 50th Anniversary! this property was on a small lot but didn’t feel that way at all, it comfortably held all of us. it was advertised as having two ice makers but we could only get one to work… but it totally could have been user error! the property manager was always easy to get a hold of, very helpful, and they comped us for the ice we had to buy (super easy, a place that sells ice is around the corner). this property made my parents 50th perfect for spending tine with our family!

Loved it! The house and host were both fantastic! Location is very convenient. Easy walk to beach access next to King & Prince, Crabdaddys, Fiddlers, Crab Trap & more!The house was recently renovated, so everything is clean and practically new. Layout works well for a large family or multiple families combined for a vacation. 2 primary suites. 1 on main, 1 upstairs. Both overlook the pool in front of house.We would definitely stay here again!

We had a beautiful and relaxing stay at The Breeze! The house was tastefully decorated, everything felt fresh and newly renovated, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It was the perfect place to stay — stocked with everything you could possibly need, and the location couldn’t have been better.The kids especially loved spending time in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. We had a group of 10, and there was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable.If you’re planning a trip to St. Simons, I highly recommend The Breeze — it truly made our vacation unforgettable!

I highly Recommend! Perfectly situated within easy walking distance to ECHO, The Cottage, Crabdaddy’s, Fiddlers, and just STEPS from the beach – making life easy with kids and family! The private salt water pool, hot tub, firepit, beach chairs and tent with beach cart were incredible bonuses that made our stay even more enjoyable. My family loved the interior design and flow of the house that provided quality time together. The Owner Suite was incredibly spacious and a true dream waking up to sunrise and island views with Private Deck! The host was wonderfully accommodating and made everything seamless. We truly didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back!

I’ve never done a review in my life ,but this one deserves one. The house is in the perfect location because i had kids that wanted to go to the beach and kids that wanted to be at the pool.. it was vlose to the beach to accommodate both. The house is up to date ,and you couldn’t find a piece of sand or dust if your life depended on it. They have everything you need and more. The kids enjoyed the games outside, the pool, and the jacuzzi. The only complaint I have was i had two kids that refused to leave… they didn’t visit the beach and they insisted on take. 15 out of 10 hands down

Swanky Island Life Home

I can't say enough about this property. The attention to detail and amenities throughout are truly incredible. The home furnishings are up to date and stylish, and the home, inside and out, looks like something out of a high end coastal magazine. If you know St. Simons, then you know this home is perfectly situated across from the King and Prince Resort, and walking distance to Fiddlers, Crab Daddy's, Crab Trap, and Barrier Island Brewing. These restaurants offer some of the best dining and drinks on the island. One of the best things about this property is that you don't have to bring anything with you...all the chairs, cool cabanas, games, etc, come fully stocked. The home is spacious and had plenty of room for our 10 guests. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to vacation in St. Simons. My family comes back, year after year, and this home will be at the top of our list.
