Welcome to The St. Simons Grand - one of St. Simons' most sought after locations! This gated condo community offers spectacular ocean views, a pool (heated during the cold season), hot tub, and easy beach access. It's located near East Beach and not far from many popular shops and restaurants.

In unit 215, you will have one of the best views in the complex! Enjoy the private balcony with the ocean breeze blowing through your hair - perfect for a morning coffee or afternoon tea. If you want to hang out inside instead, there is plenty of seating in the living room too, along with a TV and a lovely view with access to the balcony. At the end of the day, you can prepare a meal in the well-stocked kitchen and enjoy family dinner at the dining table!

This tastefully decorated condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and easy access to the balcony. We love staying here but we had a couple of issues. The AC and dishwasher did not work. Luckly it was cool out so we left the doors open. The coffee makers need replacing- dirty and the master shower water pressure is painful.

Nice condo, nice beach. Town very close, great walkability, restaurants. Several restaurants are also 2-3 min from condo. Mild encounter with ants. Make sure to bring kitchen items suggested in initial communication, beach equipment, though rental beach chairs/ umbrella on weekend. Beds are ok.
