Location was awesome! Beach was clean and not crowded. Be aware that there were no toiletries other than bar soaps and no coffee, but Publix is close by. Room was nice but a bit dated.

Location is amazing. Our dishwasher was holding water and garbage disposal was backing up and food was backing up into the sink. Food we did not cook ourselves. Disgusting. We asked for assistance to fix and they said just run the dishwasher let us know. My boyfriend ended up having to fix it and plunge the sink. Disgusting!! Got a plunger from the dollar store. Unimpressed by the response with the only issue we brought to their attention. Beach was amazing, pool is way too small- a family took over it and nobody else could enjoy the pool. The hot tub holds MAYBE 4 people … and hope you know them lol it’s tiny!!! The upgraded condo internally was very nice and amazing having a washer and dryer in unit.

Fall break Beach trip

We spent four nights at this place and had a good visit. The unit we rented was very clean, roomy, updated, and well supplied. Publix, Starbucks, and restaurants are just across the street.

Great location and great property!

Everything about this property was excellent! The room was super clean. All towels and linens were spotless and soft. The employees in the office were so nice and helpful also. We had beautiful views of both the beach and the bay. The picture of the beach view doesn’t do it justice. We will definitely stay here again, and I would highly recommend this property and this unit!!

Amazing rental

This unit was so great! The pictures were spot on. The condo was big and super clean. The property is right on the ocean. The pool was small to be expected from an older hotel but there were plenty of chairs and umbrella with a couple picnic tables and grills. Who needs a pool though when you have the clear waters and white sands of St. Pete beach in your front yard? The office staff were gracious and helpful. Publix was right across the street and there’s a newly built Starbucks in the same plaza! We just had the best time. I can’t say enough good things. See ya next year!

Perfect in many ways

Though the Condo complex was an older one, it was clean, neat & had a Murphy’s bed in the living room which I feel is much more comfortable than a sofa sleeper. The location of this condo unit was perfect! From our unit’s balconies, we could see the Bay from one side and the Gulf from the other. Great Steak restaurant across the street along with IHOP & Putt Putt Golf. We would definitely stay here again!!
