This place is a 10/10 in my book. Matthew and Marcela have a wonderful place with an eye on details and amenities. The pool was fantastic, the bathroom bedroom and kitchen were spotless and everything is new. The owners have a great knowledge of places to go for food, drinks, exercise and good times. Been coming to St. Pete Beach for 30 years! Favorite place we have ever stayed! Super clean, close to beach, great pool, rooms wonderful, walking distance to many restaurants and bars too! Matthew the owner was present and so pleasant! He went over and beyond to be sure everything was wonderful! We will do a hotel takeover and bring family and friends soon!! If you’re looking for a reasonably priced hotel in SBP 2 blocks to Upham Beach and walk to ALL the restaurants then try The Lofts at St Pete Beach New owners Matt and Marcella are great people just a text or phone call away if needed. Choose from studio or one and two bedroom apartments with a Key West vibe Clean, newly remodeled and the king size bed was a dream!
