I received a message that if we were going to be checking in late to let the hotel know ahead of time so I called to notify them and the girl who answered told me I didnt need to tell them, then hung up on me. Brushed it off to maybe someone was busy. Once we arrived, the girl checking us in was more interested in texting her friends or whoever than actually helping us. We had reserved a suite... she downgraded us to a bedroom that smelled like rotten feet with 2. When I asked if I would be getting a refund of the difference she told me no that my rate was still less than their nightly rate. Once we got to the room my fiancee went back down and showed her my reservation was for a suite with a king bed not 2 queens. She then moved us to a room with a king sized bed. We had to go back to her to get towels. When thanking her she just shoved them to my fiancee and walked off not even saying a word. This woman should not be working in any customer service role. We had planned on reserving NYE at this hotel but after this interaction we decided not to.

This hotel is the epitome of “you get what you pay for”. The other guests, comfort, and service was as expected for the price paid. If you’re looking for somewhere updated, quite comfortable, not shared by meth heads, or family friendly, you should look elsewhere, but if you just want somewhere cheap to sleep that is clean, this is a fine option.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The good reviews for this property definitely had to have been done by the staff most likely the front office person Melissa. This place has roaches. They had a rat trap sitting on top of a table in the kitchen area. There’s homeless people hanging around the people that were staying there look like people that just came off the street this place was disgusting. Do yourself a favor. Do not stay here.

Checked in after realizing the property was synonymous for prostitution and drug activity as well as police arrests made on regular basis. We were trying to save money whike in town supporting my husbands brother bout w I th stage 4 colon cancers and chemotherapy. When we opened door of room one of the beds was disheveled yet not remade. The toilet was full of urine. Atrocious stench of body odor. Had to leave property and find other arrangements for this evening. Need a refund refund of urinefullvity.
