Beautiful, new hotel. Staff was helpful. As other reviews mentioned, the hotel is brand new so it does not yet have dining. The pool was filled but the hot tub was cold. Still, this was understandable since they just opened. Easily walkable to the beach and pier.

The hotel is newly opened. It's not disclosed but it's still under construction. I was surpised to hear the construction beginning at 7:30am on a Saturday morning. The first issue was parking. It's unclear but you have to park in the parking garage across the street which is also shared with other people for beach parking. We had to park on the 5th level and the elevator to the garage was not working. The most difficult part about getting there was that they didn’t have a main number to call. They have since changed this. They don't even have a google listing yet. Also, there is a daily parking charge for this shared garage. The staff were very nice and the hote was very clean. The room was very nice and spacious with a great view. The shower drain was full of hair and the ice bucket was full of water. But they did provide house keeping daily which other hotels don't seem to do anymore. 2 other annoyances were when you get on the floor out of the elevator it doesn't say which room numbers are which way so we walked the entire floor looking for our room. Also, they don't have phones in the rooms so the only way we could reach the front desk was to message them through expedia and wait hours for a response or walk to the lobby. I think this hotel could be really great once they work out these issues which are probably due to being so new.

Brand new not so ready

Our stay was overnight, they let us check in early nice. Brand new hotel so expected all to be amazing, however heated pool and jacuzzi not heated the bar was still being built,no WiFi or internet, and no hot water in our room. It was a beautiful hotel but thought the rate for what we got was not a bit high. I feel that we should have been given a discount considering it wasn’t completely ready. I feel like they just opened enough to make money quickly after opening

We stayed here for a quick get away. Very nice rooms, this is a brand nee hotel so areas were not completed. No restaurants available in the hotel but other restaurants were very close. Location is amazing. The only complaint I have is that with continued construction it was quite loud during the day.

The room we stayed was excellent; clean and big, ample space to move around with 2 adults and 2 kids. During our stay, none of the on-premise amenities were available to us: WiFi, on-site restaurant, pool. The staff there are very nice and respectful.
