Beautiful, quaint, and charming 1 bedroom private suite fully updated with a new kitchenette and bathroom. Decorated with tranquil colors, cozy furniture, and all the comforts of home. Living room boasts an electric fireplace and flat screen Smart TV. New kitchenette has all the essentials, and comes fully equipped with standard dishware for 4, as well as a drink mixer set. Also includes a microwave, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker along with a small dining table area for 2. Wake up relaxed and ready to seize the day with complimentary coffee and tea!

Bedroom has another flat screen Smart TV with 1 queen sized bed with super soft and cozy comforter and extra pillows! Other sleeping arrangements can be made with the large, comfy couch. The private full bathroom comes with fresh fluffy towels, robes, shampoo, conditioner, and a new walk-in shower.

Driveway parking is available with a private back entrance into the suite. There is plenty of space for kids & pets to play in the fully fenced backyard, *which may be shared with other guests. The large wooden patio is perfect for relaxing while sipping your morning coffee. At night, the firepit is perfect for entertainment or to just relax and enjoy the peace. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood less than ½ mile from Eagle Lake Park which has plenty of walking trails and a dog park! Beautiful beaches such as Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, Sand Key, and Treasure Island are only a short drive away!

We had a lovely stay at this location. Among the awesome things were a dual coffee pot with a pot and Keurig pod maker, cozy electric fireplace, comfortable bed, bath robes, and a lovely backyard with a fire pit, comfortable seating for morning coffee and beach supplies. Would recommend this place to anyone stopping by the Clearwater area. Oh and forgot easy access to beaches, restaurants, and shopping.

I really enjoyed how clean my place was. Probably the cleanest place. I’ve stayed in ever. I also really enjoyed the Samsung TV in both rooms with every channel you could think of for entertainment. I never even whipped out the fire stick. Nice private entryway and was not bothered by anyone. Definitely going to stay again next time I have a job here.

House separated into two rentals with a glass door between two areas. The door was locked and had heavy orange drapes. There was no privacy. The walls very thin. A smell in heavy orange drapes around closet ,couch and bedspread, left 3 days early

Immaculate stay with great neighborhood

Great place to stay in the Clearwater / St. Petersburg area with access to all the beaches and a great neighborhood to walk your dog. The place was immaculately clean with just the right amenities for two people and our dog. Hostess made sure to provide a nice touch of the little things upon arrival like water, snacks, hand soap, toothbrushes (just in case you forgot), and even toilet paper! It was very nice to have these things on arrival after a long drive to the area and having not had time to stop at the local store. The fenced in yard was great for our dog to run around and play. The hostess was great and answered all my questions both before and during the stay. Will rent again if ever in the area in the future!
