We were very impressed with this condo! Looked & smelled very clean. Comfortable beds & super soft sheets. That’s important to us. Location was easy walking to all the restaurants, yet not right in the middle of them so it was quiet & peaceful. Karina was SO helpful & responsive to any questions we had. This was an old unit. There was mold around the door going into the unit, the replaced flooring was poorly installed, there were ants in the unit and I could go on. The home I live in is better than this place.

Simply Fabulous!

The condo is perfect! Location is right on the beach. 5 minute walk to all the restaurants. Located on the quiet section of the strip. The communication with the property manager/owner was prompt. The condo was very clean. My only suggestion is that there should be more towels and wash clothes available. We had a wonderful time and we will use this condo the next time we come to Clearwater.

Overall, our stay was very nice and the location was superb. It was exactly what we were looking for out of our family vacation. The kitchen came fully stocked with everything we needed and it was a very comfortable environment. My only issue was with the accuracy of the listing. In one portion, the 2nd bedroom is listed as having a king size bed, which was exactly what I was looking for considering there were 2 couples, but upon arrival, I discovered the second bedroom only had a queen. I've attached a picture of the portion of the listing that is not accurate, with the section highlighted. It should be updated so future renters know. Other than that, no complaints. Access and codes worked and the host allowed for late checkout, which was super helpful considering we had a flight later on in the day.
