    Terrible staff not even slightly interested in helping had to wait for on of the receptionist to finish reading something on her phone before even looking at me as well as being asked three times if I would check out early so they could clean the room. On top of this I don’t think it’s been renovated since the Berlin Wall collapsed.

    Cheap has a limit

    Go to check in but they show you through the basement of another hotel where you check in, then go back to the original to get your key, which is only open until 4pm. Booked a double room but was asked if I was alone and was given a single room. When I booked WiFi was listed, no WiFi was given or substitution. Toilet broke twice, hob/cooker was completely broken and had to pay for every little thing like a WiFi remote.

    Es war ruhi, recht gut ausgestattet, aber der Zimmerservice dürfte die Zimmer auch während der gebuchten Zeit mal reinigen
