The shuttle service fantastic so helpful! Magnificent decor. Room very comfortable. The concert was so lovely to see before we departed. Would recommend this beautiful place to our friends. I felt like a queen.

Felt like a rich edwardian staying in this lovely old hotel. Big room, big bathroom, wide corridors and vast lounge. Great breakfast with sweet, attentive staff. Close to the lake. Shuttle to and from the railway station a godsend. Staying 2 days, we received a free gondola and transport pass. Switzerland is of course very expensive, but provided quality, efficiency and cleanliness everywhere we visited.

I can’t say enough about how nice our stay was at the Hotel Reine Victoria. The hotel is very elegant, the rooms are large, and the staff are very helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Thank you very much for such a nice visit to St. Moritz!

This is a beautiful hotel. The architecture is stunning. We got upgraded to a newly renovated suite. It was very spacious, comfortable and beautiful. The hotel provided shuttle to the train station.

A hotel that does not stick to agreements

The hotel agreed to a cancellation with full re-fund, with the help of hotels.com Gold Service, because I was ill and unable to trvel. However, the hotel charged the full amount for the four night booking.
