I recently stayed at Hotel Arte in Switzerland. While the service was pleasant, the hotel itself felt quite small and was not in a very accessible location. Additionally, I was disappointed that they charged for the continental breakfast, which I felt should have been included.

The room was very nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. The only thing is one of the faucets in the shower Turn from the Wall and need someone fix it then it doesn’t turn.

There were several uphills to walk with our suitcases to Hotel Arte. The bedding in our room was dirty and the shower water handle was not secure-against the wall. Shower towels were very rough as well.

The hotel is a short ride from the train station. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Very nice restaurant just downstairs from the room. Breakfast included a wide selection of pastries, fruits, cereals, juices and other beverages. We were surprised that the "balcony" faced another building across a narrow alley. Bed was firm (which we like) but the pillows, although large, were way to soft. Despite these items, we would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was comfortable, staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel has one of the smallest elevators I have ever been in. The breakfast buffet is worth the extra cost of 15 chf per person. Reminder that if traveling in the down season, a lot of the restaurants are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. The ones that are open are usually pretty full.

Small hotel very close to centre of St Moritz. Easy walking distance to shops, buses, and funicular. Walk from station is not far but uphill. We were originally given a cosy room which was ok, but the power sockets and fridge did not work. We enquired at reception and were moved to a much larger room with a balcony overlooking the famous St Moritz clock tower. Much more room and even had a kitchenette. As we stayed 2 nights we were also given an Engadin pass for free use of local transport and cable cars. Overall a very pleasant experience.
