The room was very comfortable and it was nice to have a small kitchen area. The heated floor and towel rack in the barhroom was cool. It was warm out during our stay and because it couldn't be turned off the room was to hot. We also couldn't figure out how to open our windows wider than a few inches. Overall we really liked our stay.

I was only here for about 12 hours, so can only comment on the location, check in, and room. I found it very easy to walk to, following Google Maps walking directions led me to escalators that took care of some of the uphill. People who are in good shape should have no trouble walking the rest. Check in was fine - no issues. I had a room on the first floor which was quite kitschy but very clean and had a kettle for coffee and tea. The only things that could be better: the pillows are very uncomfortable, the walls are very thin, and people were smoking outside my window, with the smoke pulling directly into my room.

St Moritz is great

We were surprised by this hotel. The rooms were very large and very comfortable. We had a balcony overlooking the bell tower with mountain views. Staff were fantastic and were spot on with their recommendations. Thank you Francesca!

We could not use shower because a hot water handle came off, hot shower hose was loose and leaking water, water drain was slow and a broken control for the drainage cover. The coffee machine did not work at all. Nobody was in the front desk after 8 pm and no phone in the room.

The location is great, and the rooms are decent. There is no A/C, and it gets really warm at night. The staff was beneficial in orientation, but they are there only for a limited number of hours during the day.

A great smaller hotel with spacious rooms. A short taxi ride from train station (or a 15 minute walk uphill), the hotel has a good casual bar and a restaurant where meals were good quality and reasonably priced. We enjoyed our short stay there and would definitely stay there again. I left some clothing in our room and rang the hotel the following day and they found my clothes and agreed to send them to me to our hotel further along our itinerary. Very good service.

Our room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the city square and decorated beautifully. The staff was helpful and attentive at dinner, the fondue was delicious! The breakfast buffet had a great selection and you could order omelets or eggs any way. The front desk staff person was excellent with suggestions and spoke good English, which was appreciated.
