My queries sent online before I arrived were promptly responded to by Christian, the front office manager, and Sarah, working in the front office. They arranged for complimentary pickup to and from the train station; so much so I don’t have to handle my luggage the moment I was picked up.
At check in, Christian offered me a welcome drink (a glass of Prosecco) and Sarah showed me the facilities of the hotel. The service was impeccable, so much so I didn’t want to head out after check in and stayed in to enjoy the spa and gourmet dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. Love the comfortable bed and amazing pillows in the room, and of course, the fantastic location next to the lake with hiking trails, good restaurants, shops and galleries.
After I checked out, I discovered my train to the airport was cancelled and had to take an earlier train to make it in time to the Zurich airport. Instead of waiting for the hotel driver, Christian personally drove me to the train station so I will make it in time.
I was very well taken care of and felt so pampered that I highly recommend this to be your choice when you visit St. Moritz.
