The staff were lovely. The hotel is run down. They try to keep clean but old is still old. Beds were fresh pillows too but the 1st floor rooms windows (in our room anyway) wouldn’t securely lock and when I opened the window the screen just fell out into the sidewalk outside. I mentioned to staff. It was very disconcerting.
Screen was just resting there. Nothing keeping it in place. Easily popped out.
Our car was parked outside our window. No way to lock window and easy for anyone to come up and pull screen and open window😳
