Nice and quiet both day and night. My room/suite was clean, a/c on 69 so it was cool upon entering on this hot day. TV remote easy to operate, clean refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Really good coffee and nice warm breakfast options daily like breakfast tacos, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, yogurt, muffins and more. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I walked in one day with my insulated cup and I was immediately asked if I needed ice, which I did and the nice lady got it for me and was very friendly. The guy who is there at the front desk is very nice and friendly. Everything worked in the room and I was asked if I wanted housekeeping services. I told them no but it’s nice to be asked and I know some people do, but I have my stuff all over the place and I make my own bed and use the same towels for a few days so there wasn’t anything I needed. I came in very late every evening but always found a close parking spot and the pool was clean and clear. I would highly recommend this place.

Staying at this hotel was a good option. The breakfast option was excellent. I did wish that they had more of a vegan option for breakfast. The pool was perfect. The room was great it accommodated us as we needed it. The staff was very accommodating with our needs. I would recommend this hotel and whenever I come back to stay I will be staying at this hotel.

Don’t Try To Save A Dollar By Choosing Here

Reserved 3 rooms online and it asked for special requests- requested we all be close together. Got put in 3 totally different buildings. Slow check in. No hot water. What looked like vomit on curtains. Out dated room. Pool looked disgusting. Breakfast disgusting. Bedside clock broken. Microwave light and under cabinet light did not work. I would sleep in my car before I stayed here again!

The property was good and guy at the front desk when we checked in was good at his job and very helpful. The only problem we had was some items was left in the room but when we return in less then 3 hours know one knew where our stuff was. Then we got the run around for 30 minutes for then tell us they through the item away. I don't believe them.

Very roomy for a family of five. Although the unit smelled a little like smoke and was a bit dated, the staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating. Parking was also easy, and the amenities were wonderful.

Disappointing

We had stayed at a Sonesta in AZ in the past and loved it. We were very happy to find one in St Louis. The two bedroom/two bath was just what we wanted. However, the place was not in very good shape and our unit was not very clean. The carpet had not been vacuumed nor had the bathroom/kitchen floors been swept. There were black marks on the walls, and nearly every protruding corner had missing paint. The bathroom ceiling had holes in it where nails had come through. The breakfast did not include all the items they advertised. The pool was green and cloudy. With some maintenance and a facelift, this place could be really nice.

I’m going to be honest and say that I will probably never stay here again! The room was nice and clean. The downstairs bathroom shower was stopped up. The breakfast was awful. It says a full breakfast. The breakfast is tacos, turkey bacon, sausage and continental breakfast items. The bacon was cold and the apple juice was watered down. The biggest disappointment and the reason we chose to stay here was the pool. It wasn’t available when we checked in. The front desk said that it would opened the next day. It was but based on what we saw the first day we decided not to get in. Sonesta please do better.
