Not much better then a $80 hotel in the ghetto.
Check in took over 45 minutes and management to figure out how to do it. They kept wanting us to pay again, Even though we already paid and had receipt proof of that. The room was clean, the bed was about as comfortable as a thin sheet with metal underneath it. As you would move, the metal under the mattress would snap and pop The room with ice and water dispenser and vending machines smell like a cross of mold, mildew and piss. The floor was so sticky and I was stuck to it as you tried to walk We were given noon checkout each day. On Sunday as I was taking stuff to the car, I returned to the room at 11:35 and I was locked out. I had to go back to the front desk and someone escorted me to my room to check for anything left over

Room 204 smelled upon arrival. Think the sink pipes need to be cleaned. Ac would not cool very well and it’s 45-50 degrees outside. Only had one friendly bar tender. Had a fruit fly in gin at one bar. Bartender seemed unphased. No apology. This used to be a great place going back to players island then harrahs. Now seems less games and is getting run down fast. Everywhere you look ceiling or floors need help. Too bad this used to be really cool with the saltwater fish tank you could play at the bar and relax.

I’ve stayed before and it seems they’ve remodeled the rooms. The barn doors on the bathrooms are very non-private and the rooms are pretty small for what they are charging. I don’t like getting in the shower to turn it own, I prefer water be warm when I get in. Not fond of the guessing game. We had a double queen and it was just really small. My son had a king, he said the same thing… no room to move around really but it was ok I guess. Your staff was amazing though Everyone so nice I like that about your casino One thing I did notice people were smoking in non smoking areas. May seem petty but those of us that can’t tolerate smoke well, bad lungs, allergies, etc…we appreciate the non smoking areas
