The hotel workers were nice and friendly. The lady who checked me in was knowledgeable and amazing. She made sure to make me feel welcomed and even went over the different restaurants with me. Our only complaint was our toilet was messed up so you had to manually reach in the backand push the flapper part down. We did not mention it until we left, but i am sure they wouldve fixed promptly if we had asked. The bed was comfortable, but the middle section was loud and made lots of noise if you moved. I am guessing it was due to a king mattress on 2 twin sized box springs.

We really enjoyed our stay. I loved the fact that someone couldn’t reach a floor without a key card for a room on that floor. Really gave you a good sense of safety. Everything was clean and easy to access. I was confused as there were so many restaurants listed as an option in the hotel. But most of them were only available to VIP members.
