The staff was rude, the sink had mold, my fiancé was told he was on a watch list he hasn’t done anything he wasn’t they treated us poorly withheld his ID they wouldn’t tell us why our birthday was ruined!

Love staying at this hotel. We've gotten the suite multiple times. The service/ privacy button never weekends for us. The couches are uncomfortable, but the rest of the room is enjoyable. Very sizable.

When booking a place to stay, I forgot that casinos allow smoking inside the building, which seems into everything, even up to the 8th floor and the no smoking rooms. We found that the tv in the bed room didn’t work (no signal somehow) and never could figure out how to turn of th lamp in the sitting area. Just ended up unplugging it to get some sleep. Bed was comfy but noisy and there were adhesive squares on the ceiling, maybe from a previous guest decorating the room? Just odd.

Very nice place. Well layed out between casino, hotel, amphitheatre, event venue. Very large facility overall. Not really on the way to anywhere but not totally isolated. Very clean. Staff pretty friendly and helpful. No bell service but luggage carts available. We had toilet issues (not completely flushing) and only 1 set of linens per person but the room was clean. Would stay again. issues( not
