Terrible experience. Room was dirty when we checked in, trash and food behind bed. Pool was filthy, turns out their filter system is inoperable, pool had globs of hair floating in it, water was green. Contacted Management about condition of pool and they werent concerned. Tsted the water myself with clorox test strips, showed high ph level, zero clorine, scale and extremely hard water. Trash was piled up by the elevators and in halways the 2 days i stayed without being touched. Would not recommend anyone to stay here I have posted pics for proof due to management constantly denying multiple guest stating the same issues

Room is great except for lack of outlets and HDMI charging ports. In other remodeled hotel rooms, there are lamps & lights with charging ports. Not in this place. Very inconvenient. Wake up! We all travel with all kinds of equipment that needs charging!

The hotel had easy access from the highway and was very clean. The staff was courteous and mostly helpful. The room was clean but: no bar soap for the sink and even though we reported to a housekeeper, no soap was provided. There was barely any cold water in the tub/shower. The hot water had plenty of flow and was extremely hot. My shower was too hot thus not comfortable as I struggled to get to a reasonable water temperature. There was no handset for the room telephone. Even though I reported that within minutes of getting to our room, non was ever provided during our two stay.

I chose this hotel based on the reviews. They all lied. This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever encountered. The staff checking in was friendly. But that was the best part of a three night stay. Apparently you have to ask for housekeeping. Which was never stated anywhere. When I figured that out, housekeeping had left for the day at 5pm! I had throw my trash away in a bin over flowing with trash. No one emptied any of the trash cans on the property. People smoking week in the parking lot. The pool was gross and filled with kids for birthday parties. The tv had maybe 5 channels that worked. All the others said no signal. Bathroom was tiny, moldy and no hand soap. The laundry room stole my money and the washers and dryers were filthy. The worst part? Breakfast! No coffee or anything anywhere. Kids running around making a mess and the worst breakfast of you can call oatmeal breakfast. Don’t stay here. Save your money!!!!

The front desk clerk Zach was very friendly and helpful. Our room wasn’t filthy, but there was hair all over one bed, a hair tie on the floor, someone else’s towel in the closet and no soap in the bathroom. Pool was ice cold and murky, but I understand the temperature as it’s an indoor/outdoor pool. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Cereal, bread (but I didn’t see a toaster), biscuits and lukewarm gravy and eggs and sausage. Not a terrible stay, but won’t be staying again.

Comfortable stay. Nothing fancy. Front desk staff was great took care of all my needs. Breakfast was typical hotel food, plenty of options from hot, cold cereal, fruit, coffee, juices, milk. It was a good stay. I’d start there again.

By far was one of the worst stays I have had at any hotel in a VERY long time!!! I stayed at this property last year when it was a Drury Inn. It was beyond sad and frustrating to see just how far the quality of this location has gotten too. We were not told upon check in that is we wanted house keeping or new towels that we would need to request the the day prior as we were informed by the rep in the customer service line. There was no food in the morning for breakfast because it was all picked over at varying time from 6:30am - 835 am. The coffee maker was broken the tables were a mess and the trash cans were overflowing. The desk agents were nowhere to be found. Upon check in we had a long wait because no one was at the desks. Then our friends who were checking into another room contacted us to ask us if we wanted to switch hotels. The first room they were given had not been cleaned from the previous guest. The second room was already occupied and they walked in while someone was in the shower and then after finally receiving a room of their own 20 mins later someone walked into their room. Then the icing on the cake was to come back the last night of our stay to no hot water. We called the office they stated that they would investigate and calls us back. We never got a call and this morning there was no hot water. We went to the front desk to ask and we were told they were unaware of any issues but would call maintenance.

Hotel looked like it was ready for major renovation. Ice machine missing from 2nd floor. Front desk staff was not friendly. Pool was cold. The last day of our stay there was no hot water.

This was the worst hotel I have stayed in. Every where you went the trash was overflowing. The pool and hot tub had dirt and hairballs floating. The water in the hot tub was barely warm. Usually all the hotels I stay in have hot coffee in the lobby area 24 hours a day. When asked the front desk clerk about coffee, she just responded "what about out of order don't you understand?'. There was another coffee machine in the breakfast area working but she didn't direct us to it. She really gave the attitude that she couldn't be bothered. And she did look like she had just rolled out of bed herself, completely unprofessional. No toilet paper in the bathroom of our room or the lobby bathroom. There wasn't much breakfast to eat, thought the filth throughout the part of the hotel we could see certainly made us loose our appetite for any food prepared at this hotel.

I didn’t have hot water for 2 days, my room still had trash in it, the hot tub and pool was dirty and they didn’t clean or restock my room with towels or bedding. With all of this being said horrible waste of over 600$

From the minute I checked in to the day I checked out.. terrible all around, room was dirty and no hot water through out our stay. They gave us a room that someone was already in and then later gave someone else our room when we were already in the room and they opened our door. They had no clue what rooms were clean or assigned.
