The check in was not smooth. The clerk could not work the computer to issue the room key. Had 4 families waiting in the lobby. Other than that the stay was good. Room comfortable, very quiet property.

Second attempt to stay here. First time was ok but the pool wasn't open and we specifically chose it in that area for the pool, no notice regarding this. This trip, said pool was open but some big issue closed them down and they sent us next door to the Wingate, very inconvenient and not as nice

Noise and no hot water.

The noise from the adjacent highway permeates the thin walls. On the second day there was no hot water. The room was awas clean. The breakfast was ok.

Good solid hotel stay

Our stay went smoothly! It was a solid, worth the money, hotel stay. Nothing fancy but felt safe and homey. I will say we got back to the room one day and our door to the room had not latched. I guess we didn’t pull it to when we left and it didn’t latch all the way on its own. That was a little concerning but none of our stuff had been bothered or taken, so I think that was our mistake.

I like the lobby very clean !! Front desk people were very kind! But the cleanliness of the room was horrible! Coffee station was very dirty ! Couldn’t make coffee cause it was very dirty in the inside and beds was was dirty! Sheets had a lot of hair on every sheet I pull off the bed of both beds because I was in a double room! I had to get sheets off house keeping cart to change my own sheets !! Poor management because I requested for Towels and trash to be change came back from a long day out and dirty towels was still there !! The tub was also dirty and they left dirty towels hanging on the racks on the shower curtain that fell on me while taking a shower.. which was very nasty !! I just felt disgusting into that room but it was the only hotel close by and we had just came from a long drive from Memphis and didn’t feel like going to another hotel ! So we dealt with it the weekend of our stay!! Guest Elevator is very slow !! Had to take the stairs several times cause it took to long to come !! If they work on the cleaness of the room the hotel will be better !
