Nice….but…

We were in the area for a girls softball tournament. We selected the property based on the pools and the convenience of the property. We were disappointed right away when they were ants in the front bedroom where my children were staying. I did call the host after finding ant traps in the laundry area. They did send out maintenance who did spray which seemed to alleviate the ants. However, throughout our staying, we continued to find a cockroach numerous beetles, spiders and earwig bugs. This was very disappointing. Under the beds was very dirty. There were dust bunnies crumbs, and trash. The bedding was clean towels were fresh however, it just overall did not have a home feel due to the cleanliness. The swimming pools were dirty as well with a strong urine smell. Based on the price of our stay, we should’ve stayed in a hotel. Well, the host was very friendly. This property did not meet our standards and we would not stay here again.
