Clean room but needs interior maintenace, rehang curtain that is faling off hooks and fix ceiling above the bathtub. It looks like upstairs leak has caused ceiling to crack apart.

If you’ve ever wanted to know what it feels like to survive a post-apocalyptic world without the apocalypse, this motel is for you. The sign outside flickered “VAC NCY” like it was begging for help, which really set the mood. The front desk clerk moved slower than dial-up internet and handed me a key that looked like it had seen more drama than I have. My room smelled like a mix between old socks, sadness, and a faint whisper of bleach—so points for effort, I guess. The bed had the exact bounce of a wet cardboard box, and the pillows were so thin they might’ve just been folded napkins. The “continental breakfast” consisted of a single muffin still in its gas-station wrapper and coffee strong enough to dissolve metal. The Wi-Fi was more of a concept than an actual service, and the TV only played two channels—one static, one televangelist. But to be fair, the place did have character. I’m just not sure if that character was a horror movie extra or a ghost with commitment issues. 10/10 would stay again—if all other options, including sleeping in my car, mysteriously disappeared.

Clearly just an economy motel, but just what I needed at the price point. Check in super friendly and gave a late check out with no bother. Room quiet and bed comfy - although it was clear that nothing had been refurbed in many years. Location was perfect for my needs.

Everything about the reservations and staff were great. The motel was old and poorly designed. Not enough stairs to get to second floor and poor painting (unprofessional) in our room. Over priced for the condition. Needs a good remodeling….

Okay stay. You get what you pay for. The only plus was that Costco was nearby. This location is a bit far from Zion National Park.

Bed was comfortable. But shower wasn’t very clean, the sink had a slow drain, and there was no coffee maker in the room. We had a second floor room with a nice patio, but it wasn’t very clean on the patio. “Free breakfast” was fruit loops, Cheerios, instant oatmeal or prepackaged muffins and bad coffee or juice.

The property is a bit old, it was one of the cheapest hotels available that night, and still the price was high compared to the quality of the room. I think something was going on that night in town because all of the hotels pices were higher than usual. They have a pool, but we did not use it. Also they provided breakfast, but they were more of snacks. I would stay again here only if it is the last available option, otherwise I think I would stay somewhere else even if I need to pay a bit more.
