Stay was great overall! I was a little disappointed with the corn beef hash at breakfast-not a fan of that! Neither were the teenagers that stayed the same night. It is not a commonly liked American food like waffles. Cinnamon rolls were great! I would stay there again. However, Price is double what I usually pay for a hotel.

The property was clean. Our room was fine but the proximity to the street made for a noisy night. Breakfast was mediocre. Staff was friendly . It’s a little too far from the heart of downtown for me.

Quite a distance from the Historical District

The hotel was what we have come to expect from Holiday Inn Express, but we were caught off guard by the distance from the Historical District. The description says it is in the Historical District, but it is actually two miles from it (one mile to the bridge, which is one mile). We prefer to stay where we can walk to areas of interest, but there wasn’t much nearby.

Got in trouble because my disabled babies ventilator was beeping when his oxygen dropped. It is not even that loud but apparently someone complained and the staff had 0 understanding of our situation.

I'm a solo traveler and like to stay within walking distance to main streets - I choose this hotel because of the distance to the St Augustine Lighthouse - although it is within walking distance, I did drive to the lighthouse - The main part of shops/restaurants was farther over the bridge - it is walkable but I would suggest driving. The hotel was clean - It was late when I arrived so I didn't have - or couldn't see many restaurant options available near by - but the hotel recommended one across the street and it was delicious. There is a mini golf right next door for kids. Overall I enjoyed my short stay.
