A sleepless night.
1st night was terrible as we were placed next to the boiler room and laundry room which was very noisy most of the night. Bed mattress was sinking into the middle. Noisy base. No one in the office to complain to at 2:30 am. Next morning we’re moved to another room, which was much better, but also needed a good mopping of the floor. No wash cloths or hand towels were given.

Eh it was ok I guess.
Staff was friendly and helpful but housekeeping was not satisfactory. I had to change rooms because both beds were full of dog hair. Second room was fine. The place is definitely dated and rooms are dark.

This is not a place to stay for a week. It's okay for a 1 or 2- night stay. I realize it is a 2-star hotel, but many improvements could be made. The staff was wonderful. I picked a room with a recliner because my husband has a bad back. The one we got seemed to be falling apart. The desk chair seemed to be broken and leaning to one side. The elevator inspection expired in August 2023. I probably will not stay there again. It's the shape of the hotel, not the staff. They were very accommodating.

Room floor was filthy. A barefoot walk from bed to bathroom resulted in black soles. Air conditioner was noisy. Ran out of hot water for shower. Breakfast was adequate. On the positive side staff were friendly.
