This cozy house sits on a quiet street and is also within walking distance of the Old City gates. The home is spacious, clean, with a split bedroom layout and parking, which is a nice benefit. Sandy was gracious and easy to reach. Unfortunately, we experienced an unexpected medical emergency, and Sandy was very accommodating during our family crisis. We hope to return and fully enjoy the holiday magic that St. Augustine is known for.

The home is lovely, very clean and quiet. The hosts were informative and clear in their communication and the stay was effortless. For location, it was easy for myself and my 12 yo daughter to walk to shops and restaurants on St.George St. However, for older or younger, it is likely too far, especially if they have issues with heat/sun. If driving, everything is just minutes away.
