The lobby, rooms, lounge areas were super clean & every single staff person we interacted with was very helpful & pleasant. I cannot say enough about the amazing customer service! Hotel was great, rooms very spacious. However We arrived a tid early and when we requested an early check in, they wanted to charge us. I have never had that happen before, usually if a room was ready, the hotel would allow you to check in early. I was very put off by that.

The room was spacious and the water pressure great. Having hard boiled eggs cooked properly was a pleasant surprise. The coffee in the libby as well as in the breakfast room were both disappointing. The valet young man Seth, was very sweet and helpful and very much appreciated in the very cold weather.
