The hotel was clean and the front/breakfast staff were very helpful. Breakfast was also nice with lots of options. However, over an 7-night stay, our trash was never removed from our room, and the toilet paper was only replaced one time (unless we went and got it ourselves).

Good location. Breakfast was okay. Staff was friendly. The only downside is that our room was above the entrance parking lot. There was a sitting area there and we could hear people talk at night until 4 AM! Otherwise nice stay and spacious room.

The check-in and check-out processes were seamless and efficient, reflecting the high level of professionalism throughout the hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the atmosphere was calm and serene, perfect for a restful night. Not what I’ve come to love about home2suites. Not as clean as most. Hard to find someone at the desk but when they were there they were very nice. Seemed a little understaffed. Again the staff that was there was great. Rooms aren’t as big as other home2suites we’ve been to.

Very hard to give 1 star for Room Quality & Service. We were visiting St. Augustine with family during 4th of July and last minute plans. Found this hotel, thought it is backed by Hilton so must be good with good reviews but complete disappointment. The Bathroom door was broken and could not close. I asked front desk twice for maintenance but no one showed up. The bedsheets were tested up. Complained about it at check out, front desk guy told me as you booked through third party, please talked to them and we will comply with your request. Called third party agent and front desk denied for any issues reported. Such a same a lies working at front desk. But anyways, be aware of the hotel staff, they are not honest people.

Breakfast was okay not bad but could have been better. Rooms were cleaned one of the days we were there and they did not give new towels ; wash cloths which to me if you’re going to clean our room we deserve to get everything new. Room service don’t come around everyday asking if anything is needed. Rooms were spacious and big which was nice.
