Living room has a 52" TV, and a BluRay DVD player. Fully equipped kitchen: glass top stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker & Keurig all brand new. Dining room seats six. There is a table and chairs on the back porch overlooking the pool and ocean. Unit has a washer/dryer and its own internet access to save your phone on data. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.
