This is a beautiful ocean front 2 bedroom / 2 bath flat has enough to sleep five. You enter on the first floor and won't need to worry about climbing stairs. This makes your stay more convenient without the need to carry beach equipment up and down stairs. It is furnished with a king in the master bedroom, a small flat screen tv to watch as you fall asleep and a walk-in shower in the bathroom. There is a twin bunk bed and a stand alone twin in the guest room. We have also provided a Kuerig and coffee pot in the kitchen so you can choose how you want to brew your coffee. The large flat screen HDTV in the living room has a VCR / DVD combo and HDMI plugins in case you want to bring your own hookup. Enjoying the ocean from the master or the living room. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.
