The bathroom was dirty and the place was rundown. Also my bill was $94.17 but Expedia charged me $115.00, what is that all about and i cannot find anywhere to contact a live person to rectify this issue.

The hotel had bedbugs and only stayed one night. I had booked from Feb 14-17 and one extra night Monday Feb 17-18. The manager refunded the entire stay. I have pic and video of the bed bugs. I also have personal of all the bites on my body.

Mostly satisfied with my stay, always had coffee and hot water/tea available, bfast was good. Room had a lot of dust… dust was thick on the baseboards, hairdryer and ledge of the sink, both mirrors had spatters on them- definitely needed a more thorough cleaning now and then. But bed was comfy and plenty of pillows

This hotel seems like it went under a renovation several years ago and they didn’t quite finish. Old mirrors, phones, etc. were reused and it felt a bit “unkempt” for a Radisson branded lodging.

Dirty room, they never cleaned the dust between the bed and the wall, the bathtub with cracks is not covered neatly, the air conditioner did not work on the heat mode, problems with the Internet, breakfast is very small selection, no kitchen, bed linen, towels need to be updated

Appeared clean when we checked in late at night. Looking in the morning not as good. Dirty carpet between bed and night stand. Back of bathroom door was filthy. Tub was old and stained. Talked to staff 1st day about carpet and door. They came in and made the beds. Carpet and door were not addressed.

The staff is very kind and will take care of you. This is an older motel but is kept very clean. Very easy drive to outlet mall and dining options.

Don't know where to begin, upon arrival we went to check in to our 2 rooms & hotel had no record of our reservation. Clerk was rude & told me that I must have made it at another location. Told me to call Expedia. So, I called & had hard time reaching a person. Spent over 30 minutes on hold with Expedia while they called the hotel. Expedia shared my reservation #, (I could not find on my portal), they each blamed each other for cancellation After 45 minutes the agent rebooked our rooms. She wasn't friendly until she received confirmation, I wasn't trying to con her. Now the room, bathroom was filthy. Toilet had black rings inside toilet and stains. Shower looked like the bottom was black. The faucets & handle were heavily stained with soap scum. Bathroom sink the same. Used Qtip on the floor, spill stains on the wall in bathroom & by bedroom mirror. TV was very old with limited channels and writing on screen very blurry. Daughter's room was just as bad, if not worse. TV wouldn't shut off, food on floor in bathroom. At least she hoped it was food and not rat feces. Pillowcases were dirty. I did not complain to management because she was rude upon arrival, & we had a very busy schedule with event planners for upcoming wedding & was not letting anyone near my stuff. We put towels down on tub floor to stand on and squatted when using toilet. Shoes were a must. The water machine in lobby shut off after breakfast & lobby toilet had poop in toilet. Won't be back. Ugh!
