Staff was wonderful. The hotel was VERY busy due to night of lights. The restaurant on site was disappointing for lunch- I am fairly certain the waitress forgot to put our order in and when the food came out nearly an hour later (a crab dip and a Caesar salad), it was marginal at best- she then dropped the check for us and never returned after 40 minutes. Definitely a product of how busy the hotel was, but wasn’t a great start to our stay. The room was clean but could use an update. I will say, you can’t beat the location! We loved being able to just walk downstairs and be right in the middle of everything.

Room was clean and nice. Had issue with shower repaired after repoeted. Great customer service in the front desk.Reataurant on the other hand. Bad communication misinformation. The icing on the cake was that we waited 30 minutes to be sad then another 30 minutes and told that there were no more eggs and send on our way. Limited ingredients as well. Wasted our time in the morning breakfast opportunity.

The room needs a little TLC. The room was very dusty as well. The shower pipes made a lot of noice. The room was on the smaller size. During Christmas it's loud outside.. the windows don't keep the noice out.
