Room was very nice and clean! They no longer have a dining room for breakfast, but they sever it up hot to your room each morning! They also have a great little happy hour each day, with a few appetizers and beverages sent to your room!

Staff really courteous and great that it comes with downtown parking spot. Happy hour and first day breakfast really good would encourage to eat breakfast at house vs having delivered if staying by beach. 2nd day breakfast was cold leftovers

We were 4 people and loved our stay. That said, be aware that this cute cottage has 3 floors and your core areas will be on the second and third floor. You have the option to choose between a breakfast basket and breakfast in the main house. The breakfast is rather small and not a buffet but it was perfect for us and very delicious with a nice homey or from grandma feeling. The staff is very friendly. The cottage was very cute with Christmas decor, even a little tree in the main bedroom and some nice other decor in the main living area. Additionally, I’d like to note that one room does not have a tv in the bedroom which was a little bit unfortunate as it made it the least desired room and it’s already the smallest room. Additionally, some of the plates were also outdated and very limited if you travel with 4 people. That said, we absolutely loved it. The cottage is really cute. Easy parking with even being allowed to park downtown. It was exactly what we wanted. It was also in walking distance to the beach.

It was a nice hotel, not the one that we booked but a decent time nonetheless. We booked at their other property and was changed to this one. Communication about the change was not there, and that was disappointing. BUT…. I must say this property was not bad.

Wonderful two night stay! Room was clean and comfy. Happy hour was a nice touch and breakfast was delicious! Everything homemade and will deliver to room upon request. Great location - walked to everything! Everyone was incredibly kind and made for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!!

This place is a true gem. The staff was wonderful and vey accommodating. We made a last minute reservation to see the Night of Lights. The room was spotless and we were overlooking the bay. The place was as so charming. We’ll definitely choose Bayfront Marin next time we are in St Augustine!

Room was located miles away from the main hotel. That was not clear to someone who does not know the area at the time of booking, only the hotel address is given. Check in at the main desk was impossible, as there was no parking. ‘Full breakfast’ was a lie, something to eat was dropped off and I had to reheat it .

The property is great, except that we didn't live in it. We were advertised Bayfront Marin House and instead were settled in a cottage 7 miles from it. Yes, it's a good cottage with ocean view but this is not what we were looking for. We were looking forward to Bayfront Marin House and not a cottage. The cottage was pretty old with lots of wooden elements - my kid got a pretty painful splinter. The property is fine, but not appropriate to the price and not at all what was advertised.

This was our first visit to Bayfront at Marin House. The place was so cute, service was excellent & the view was incredible. We come to St Augustine almost every year & stay somewhere new each time. This was easily one of our favorites. Typically we stay in the Historic district so this was a nice change of pace. Their location in the historic district was beautiful as well as we went to have wine in the courtyard offered each evening.

cool old place nice room great location check in was poorly done unfortunately she asked if we'd been to the room??? odd - we just arrived and didn't have an actual check in she sent us to our room with a verbal to use the last 4 digits of my cell phone, bit further info there was no explanation of happy hour or breakfast having hh and breakfast was a nice touch once we figured it out on our own

Had an issue with our room upon arrival. Staff quickly moved us to new room and it exceeded our expectations. Loved that they offered breakfast and snacks with drinks in the evening.
