For such an expensive place this place was just ok. Crappy towels, very stern decore, parking was an extra charge, food very expensive and not a location close to the downtown as advertised. I would not recommend this place.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, including the lobby personnel and cleaning staff, but especially Paul Sims, the maintenance man who helped us when my car wouldn’t start. He went out of his way to help us jumpstart and wouldn’t accept a tip. Thank you! Regarding the hotel, it’s what you’d expect and mostly comfortable. I think it was overpriced but it’s the holidays. Also, there is a fair amount of noise as if it’s not well insulated. The beds were comfy but the room has no dresser or closet but there is a rack to hang clothes and a surface for baggage. Also you can hear everything from the bathroom and sometimes the hot water didn’t work from the sink faucet. The shower was nice. The lobby and outdoor patio are very nice. We didn’t eat but they have complimentary Starbucks coffee.

Check in was smooth and fast. The room was clean and had a good amount of space. I traveled with two small children and the room was accommodating for us 4. Location was perfect only about a 10min walk to the historic downtown area. The hotel had a nice size parking lot which makes it convinient since parking is tough in the downtown are so it’s best to park at the hotel and then just walk.
