A unique modern Farmhouse with country charm on 8 acres !

Overlooking rolling hills, enjoy a morning coffee on the wrap around porch and a good book in the 3 season solarium on rainy days.

The Master Bedroom boasts a private balcony and jacuzzi tub for your own escape.

With a total of 4 spacious bedrooms + 2 pull out sofas the FarmHouse can accommodate 12 guests. There are a total of 3 full bathrooms.

The gorgeous Country kitchen with breakfast bar and dining room table can comfortably seat everyone.

Post and beam interior with 17' ceilings open to the sitting area loft above. Great Room with wood burning fireplace provides a cozy ambiance to unwind with family and friends.

Dedicated office area with high speed internet.

Exercise room complete with Nordic Track treadmill, and elliptical machine. Ping pong table, outdoor basket ball net. Nintendo Switch, board games, reading library

Guests have access to entire interior during their stay. Full access to the fenced pool area, backyard and surrounding grounds area -with the strict exception of the barn and horse field -is permitted.

Other things to note
1. Please be advised the pool is open seasonally from mid-May to end-Sept (weather permitted) There is an additional charge of $35 per day if you wish the pool to be heated to 82' during your stay.

2. Maximum guest limit is 12. Any addition guest is $115/night per guest - as permitted.

3. Firewood can be provided for an additional fee if arranged in advance

4. If you are interested in booking our space for a private event, please message us directly with details of your event. The guest maximum is firm and requests for larger gatherings or family reunions cannot be accommodated on this platform.

5. No smoking or vaping indoors. Designated space.

6. Pet fee of $50 per pet applies to all reservations and must be added at booking. Guests are required to clean up after their pet

7. No unauthorized parties or guests.

8. As needed Maintenance staff could attend the property daily to attend to the horses

Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
OUTSIDE: please return the space to the way you found it. We get quite a breeze and the below is very important to avoid damages.
Please ensure: 1-the umbrellas have been fully closed and tied. 2-the pergola curtains have been tied back
KITCHEN - please run the dishwasher if you have placed dishes inside. Soap can be found in cabinet under sink. BED- no need to make the beds but thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

You may not enter barn or field area. Smoking/Vaping is allowed OUTDOORS ONLY and butts are to be disposed of in ashtrays provided.
Pets are welcome if supervised- please add pet to booking to add pet fee. You are responsible for clean up. ( Pets are NOT allowed in the pool.
We are on a Septic System. Do not flush anything other than provided toilet paper. No additional guests outside of the reservation are permitted

Ahhhhh Such a great View !

We arrived to this country charm house/ property . Easy check in process ! Large and vast farm house property ! Amazing clean heated pool and hot tub . Had an amazing stay for our son’s wedding in town . Our guests loved the property and all its amenities!Did wedding photos in between ceremony and reception . Our only complaint that the owner rectified , one previous guest left some dirty laundry in a dresser … other than that we lived our stay ! The house does need a little work as we noticed shingles falling off roof just off master bedroom , but no big deal , it’s a farm house :) we had an absolute blast of a great time ! Loved every minute of it !
