The property is very out-dated and had a musky smell including my room. My partner kept hitting his feet in a metal part of the bed frame that was sticking outwards, whenever he would walk to and from the bed. The property over all was ok. It wasn’t bad but just needs renovations. Staff were good at check in and check out.

The location is right at the base of the main street making it an easy walk for shopping and eating. The waterfront is a 5 - 10 minute walk away as well. We were somewhat disappointed with the breakfast. It was made up of mostly starch and sugar and felt that some healthy options should also have been made available.

Older building near the lake, room was quite small with no view. There is limited 3rd party parking, if it’s full you have to park a couple of blocks away which is far from being convenient.

The building is lovely, close to the water, and a great spot for walking/shopping/dining. However, our room was on the basement level, tiny, and the window looked out onto the parking lot. It is very expensive for such a tiny basement room with no good window. I felt like I was in a hostel.i would recommend making sure you check your room location and avoid the basement rokms.

This property needs a refresh. We were in the basement. There were ants in our room. I am disabled and there is only one handicap spot. I was told I could park in their overflow parking two blocks away. When I said that was unacceptable and I needed accommodation, the staff got defensive and under pressure they finally told me I was able to park in the no parking areas in their lot.

This was my 4th stay. The hotel is clean and comfortable and great proximity to the water as well as restaurants and shopping. My room was extremely small but comfortable. The only frustrating part is finding parking at the hotel. If you get back to your hotel after 7 pm your chances of getting a parking spot is slim to none, especially now that some of the, already limited parking, is now reserved for Privilege members only. Apart from that, I enjoyed my stay.
