We rented the cottage due to an issue with the venue for my wedding. The host was beyond accommodating and let us in early to prepare for the reception. We all enjoyed the beautiful lake views and the cottage is adorable. The kids enjoyed playing in the upstairs room. We will be back!!

Nice, but missing a few things

Enjoyed the stay here. Beautiful cottage with amazing view, quiet and nice. Be advised, it shares a back deck with the cottage next door. Contact marina office when you arrive, they control keys. As for the things missing...well, I list the following shortcomings because they were either directly advertised, included in pictures/description, or are obvious things. So here goes: No ice trays in freezer Ice maker doesn’t work No directv, unit installed, non functional No cable or any signal for tv No WiFi (not a huge deal, but they don’t let you know ahead of time) No dishwasher No clothes washer No combination tub shower No communication prior to arrival No tv upstairs Exhaust fan in bathroom not working.

Great getaway

We went for a night away after Christmas. The cabin was so cute. It is pretty small for a family of 5 but for just a night or two it is perfect. The loft was big enough for even our teens for sleeping. The direct television went out after we had been there for only about an hour or so and didn’t work the rest of the time. But, that didn’t really matter to us since we were there to unplug for awhile. We played games and enjoyed time together. The view was amazing, beautiful lake.

The place was perfect! The counter lady not so nice tho.

The kids Loved the cottage, everything was perfect! Only thing I'd change is the lady Who rented us the boat, she was ina mood the whole time, since tour arrival to our depature. But have alrwady recommended the place to all my friends!
