I had a mini suite and my daughter and granddaughter visited; we utilized the microwave to heat up food we made. The sink and counter worked out well.The seating area with couch and tables were just what we needed. I also had a Happy Hour at the Bruski Grill inside the Inn - extremely convenient.

Everything about my stay was great. I interacted with two front desk personnel and the breakfast attendant, all very good at their jobs. The room was nice, and the breakfast bar was very large and good. I was there for a convention, and that space was well done as well. I encouraged the event coordinator to use this space again. I will stay again.

2 Styrofoam cups in room for coffee. No water cups. ceiling, bathroom door falling apart(back of door has raw wood and splinters all cut up on it). Towels fraying at the edges. Simply outdated worn out carpet. Iron not there, iron hanger hanging broke off the wall. Stayed three nights, only first night there was old coffee in the main lobby. Then never refilled it till we requested it the night before we left. There was a fresh batch in the next morning, so that was nice. Staff was very nice.

The coffee pot was gross. When I mentioned it to the breakfast attendant, she laughed. The toilet seat was so cheap I thought it might break. I didn't want to walk through the lobby to get to the pool. The property could use an update.

I was impressed with the staff, the obvious care they had for their guests, returning to the hotel to the smell of freshly baked cookies, convenient location and great breakfast options.

This property was fine, though unremarkable. The bathroom was the biggest problem. The counter was very low, and the toilet was nearly on the floor, it was so low. . Unlike most hotels, the heat/ a.c. was controlled right at the unit, rather than a thermostat, which makes it more difficult to regulate. The pool area was very crowded and loud, as was the breakfast area. The breakfast food was quite carelessly supplied. One yogurt in the frig, and bags of bagels just thrown on top of the case with bread slices. I guess there was hot food, but it was stuck in a corner that allowed only 1-2 persons to serve themselves. Despite being very busy, our room was very quiet, thankfully, and the front desk person was extremely friendly and helpful.

Worst hotel ever! I have often heard rumors of Hotels that don’t change sheets between guests, but this one I confirmed. So gross! I asked them to change sheets and they didn’t, so I called again and they brought me bedding to change it myself. $400 for a filthy room, dirty sheets and poor service
