The room was very clean and everything was crisp. Staff were all very curteous and eager to serve. Many of the amenities were undergoing renovation and there were not spa services available, nor were there available hot tubs to enjoy the full resort experience.

Beautiful view got engaged then stayed here and they offered me a complementary upgrade to the private floor and a better room and it was just an all around amazing stay didn’t get to enjoy everything outside because of the winter storm but other than that I had an amazing time

It was great but even with heat my room remained very cold. need heat option in the bath area. cold!!

The hotel is very clean, property is very beautiful, beds were comfortable and staff were very helpful and friendly. Definitely we will be back again.
