Receptionist was very nice and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the staff at the breakfast area kept the food stocked and the counters clean. No complaints, just probably would have liked the toiletries to be fully refilled before we occupied the room from the last guest.

Our experience was extremely disappointing and not in line with the standards we’ve come to expect from Holiday Inn. Upon arriving, we noticed an unpleasant odor throughout the hotel, and our room was excessively humid. Although the property has a no-smoking policy, the smell of smoke was evident, and another guest even expressed concerns about it during our stay. Additionally, the shower in our room had a large black stain on the floor, and there were visible cracks in the tile that had been poorly patched, making the entire area feel unclean and neglected. Even the carpet in the hallway appeared worn and damaged. While the staff did offer to move us to a different room, we had already decided that the overall condition of the hotel and the lack of cleanliness made us too uncomfortable to stay. We spoke to management and they are denying our request for a refund. I do not recommended staying here !!!!!
